Returns & Exchange Policy of CRB
We offer a replacement service for any faulty goods within seven days of delivery. Please write to us before sending the item and make sure you include your details on the return package. We will issue refunds once we have received the items and tested the item.
We will not accept any returns on items that have been misused e. g. broken stocks, broken trigger due to firing whilst safety catch on or when bad quality/re-used ammo has been used and jammed the product. Please note we will not process any refund and charge an admin fee if this is found to be the case We can not be held responsible for any item lost or damaged during delivery.
